The Road to Reopening

It goes without saying, we are living through difficult times. 
First and foremost, our hearts go out to those impacted by COVID-19 and we are forever grateful to the healthcare professionals on the frontlines of fighting the pandemic. 
We also want to thank you, our customers, for sticking with us and supporting our shops and staff. We truly can’t wait to welcome you back. 
And speaking of welcoming you back, here’s an update on where we are and what you can expect.

Reopening… With Some Modifications

We are reopening both our Collegeville and Wayne locations soon! But things certainly won’t be the same at first. The health and safety of our staff and our guests is priority number one. Here are the steps we’re taking:
  1. Daily Wellness Checks. Our staff are required to complete Wellness Checks before they begin their shift.
  2. Appointment Scheduling. We are asking everyone to book and pay online via This no-contact process is more convenient for you and safer for everyone. 
  3. When You Arrive. We’ll ask about your general health and do a quick no-contact temperature check before you proceed to your appointment.
  4. Social Distance Setup. We ask you come alone, as in-shop capacity is limited. The reception lounge has changed and we are only able to admit the guest receiving services at this time. You can also wait in your vehicles and we can call you when your barber is ready.
  5. Barbercide Certified. All of our barbers/stylists are “Barbercide Certified.” That means they have completed training courses on cleaning, disinfection and sanitation specific to COVID-19. You’ll also notice the addition of disinfectant at each cutting station, hand sanitizer throughout the store and the cleaning and wiping down of surfaces between each appointment.
  6. PPE & Masks. For the safety of our team and guests, Barbers and Clients are required to wear masks while they receive a service. In addition, our staff will have additional Personal Protective Equipment available as well.
  7. Services & Pricing. We face capacity limits, service menu restrictions and appointment times will be longer to allow for proper cleaning and sanitation. To address fewer appointments and to address the other business restrictions during this phase, we are doing two things. First, we are temporarily reducing our service menu and hitting pause on our shaves, beard trim and facial offerings. Second, we are temporarily adjusting our haircut price. This small increase will help us get through this challenging time, operate safely and effectively, and help us properly compensate our long-furloughed barbers/stylists. We will continue to monitor guidance as we reopen and seek to normalize our business as safely possible.
  8. Check Out. Again, we ask that you book, pay and schedule online for your convenience and safety.
